Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
4 eggs
2 sticks margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp vanilla
1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
Icing
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 stick margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup milk (or enough to make it spread)
Melt margarine, add all ingredients. Ice cake.
Directions
Melt margarine in sauce pan, add cocoa. Stir in
flour, sugar, and eggs. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour
into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350° about 30
minutes. Do not overbake. While hot, pour
marshmallow cream on top.
