Mocha Icebox Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     Sponge Cake of your choice
                    
                                     1 pound of fresh butter 
                    
                                     1 pound of icing sugar
                    
                                     4 eggs 
                    
                                     4 tablespoons of instant coffee
                    
                                     1 tin of Nestle 's table cream
                    
                                     Cool Whip
                    
                               
Directions
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy then slowly add eggs one at a time.
Mix coffee with one tablespoon of hot water into a thick paste and let cool. Drip the coffee paste slowly into the creamed mixture.
Add the tin of cooled Nestle's cream.
Layer the cream mixture in a deep dish with a nice sponge cake cut into thin slices. Top with cool whip.
