MRS. WILKES' MEAT LOAF

Why I Love This Recipe
I don't know where I got this recipe and I have to admit I have not yet made it. I am not a fan of meat loaf with ketchup added to it due to the sweetness. I had been looking for a unique recipe that would not be sweet, and I sure have never seen corn flakes in a meat loaf before.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
3/4 cup Minced Onion
1/4 cup Minced Green Pepper
2 eggs
2 lbs ground chuck
2 TBS soy sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 cup milk
1 can mushroom soup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
With fork, beat eggs slightly.
Lightly mix in meat, crumbs, onions and pepper.
Combine other ingredients.
The secret is to mix well but lightly.
Do not pack.
In a pyrex baking dish shape meat into oval loaf.
Bake for 50 - 70 minutes at 350 until done.
