Mushroom Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
I did not cover mine and I tossed them a few times during the baking process. They did not turn, dry or rubbery~ Excellent~
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound of fresh mushrooms, med size( I only had sliced, so that is what I used)(8-oz)
1 Tbs chopped Majoram
1 tsp chives, minced
1/2 cup melted butter( used 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup of chicken boullion( used a 1/4 cup of chicken stock)
1/4 cup of dry white wine( used 2 Tbs) of dry vermouth
1 tsp salt( did not use)
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
Place mushrooms in a casserole dish. Melt the butter with the majoram, chives, salt and pepper. Then add the boullion/stock and wine. Stir well and pour over the mushrooms. Cover and bake for 20 minutes @ 350~ Serves 4-6~
