Oatmeal Pie
Why I Love This Recipe
I found this recipe for a pecan like pie without the nuts. This was great since my husband doesn't like nuts in desserts. It is very rich.
Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup Quick Oats
3/4 Cup Karo
1 Stick Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Coconut
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
Mix lightly and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 until it shakes lightly in center.
