Oreo Cookie and Chocolate "Mousse" Parfaits
Why I Love This Recipe
This is so easy but if you put it in a tall glass it will look fantastic and your kids will think you're a pro!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups prepared chocolate pudding
2 cups oreo cookes, crushed
Directions
Beat 1 cup of the cream to soft peaks. Add pudding and combine to make your "mousse".
Beat the remaining cream and fold in 1 cup of the cookie bits.
Layer these two in tall glasses ending with the cream/cookie mixture. Top off each glass with the remaining cookie bits. If you have fresh mint in the garden add a sprig to each glass.
