Peanut Butter Stars
Why I Love This Recipe
These are the best peanut butter cookies! Warning: somewhat addictive..
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1.25 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 oz. bag of Brach's chocolate stars
Directions
In Medium bowl, use wodden spoon to mix peanut butter, sugar and egg until blended.
Make balls of dough (about 1 tsp), and place 1 inch apart from each other on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes
Remove cookie sheet(s) from oven, and push one chocolate star into the middle of each cookie (don't push all the way down).
Return to over 1-2 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Makes about 3 dozen.
