Pecan Pie Muffins
Why I Love This Recipe
I got this one from a friend a couple of years ago. Don't leave it in the oven longer than stated. Gets too brown.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 C packed brown Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1 C Chopped Pecans
2/3 c real Butter Melted(NO Subsititutes)
2 Eggs Beaten
Directions
In a bowl, Mix brown sugar, flour and pecans; set aside.
Combine melted butter and eggs; mix well. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
Fill greased and floured Miniature muffin cups 2/3's full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 min.
Remove Immediately to cool.
Note: DO NOT use large muffin pan.
