Penne Pasta W/Meat Sauce
Why I Love This Recipe
I love pasta! All kinds. So I try to mix it up so that we don't get bored with it. This is just one of many great pasta recipes I have.
Ingredients You'll Need
1lb ground beef
black pepper(to taste)
4cloves minced garlic
1/2tsp crushed red pepper
2pinches of allspice
1/2med onion
1cup beef broth
1can crushed tomatoes
1Tsp chopped parsley
1lb Penne pasta
grated parmesan cheese;
Directions
Brown meat, seasoned w/black pepper, in a deep skillet or frying pan, over med-high heat. Add garlic, red pepper, & allspice. Grate onion directly into skillet. Cook another 3-5min to soften onion. Add broth. Stir contents, add tomatoes & parsley. Stir contents once more. Reduce heat to low & simmer while you cook pasta. Toss w/cooked pasta until well incorporated. Garnish w/parmesan cheese. Serve & Enjoy!
