Ingredients You'll Need
                                     2 lbs white chocolate
                    
                                     1 cup crushed peppermint candy canes
                    
                                     peppermint extract (optional)
                    
                               
Directions
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, add the crushed candy canes. You can put them in a plastic bag and take a hammer to the bag if you want.
Add the extract if you choose so. Put the mixture in a parchment layered cookie sheet. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes. Pull out and break into pieces.
