Polish Style Chili
Why I Love This Recipe
What a very pleasant surprise this was! Always on the lookout for something 'out of the ordinary', I was attracted to the the name of this recipe! Another gem found on TOH and shared by Frenchfried!
Kay says, I only used 1 tsp. chili powder as DH does NOT like hot, hot! That was definitely enough chili poweder for both of us. It still had the bite that I like, but wasn't so hot DH couldn't eat it! This chili also has a very pleasant sweet flavor I assume could only come from the really good kielbasa I used!!

1/2 cup chopped onion
