NOTE:
The 500gr roughly converts to about 18 oz. of cheese.
Ingredients You'll Need
8 middle potatoes
500 gr of Gruyère Cheese
Directions
Peel all potatoes, clean and cut them in regular pieces of 4mm wide.
Put some olive oil in a frying pan - enough quantity, remember you can use it another time because the potato dosen't make it dirty. Put them first to fry on a kitchen paper to take out the water. Fry them with patience and put them fried on a plate with kitchen paper to take away the oil.
In a oven dish put one dust of potato, than one of cheese, than an another of potato, until the end. The last dust high must be of cheese.
Put it in the oven for 20 to 35mn, until you see that potatoes and cheese has a good colour.
