Potato Sausage Bake

Ingredients You'll Need
2 pounds pork sausage links
2 cups water
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp allspice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4-5 medium potatoes (quartered)
Directions
Place all ingredients, except potatoes, in a large pot.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes
Add potatoes; cover and simmer 10 minutes (till potatoes are tender).
Serves 6-8.
Serve with carrots or green beans.
