Pumpkin Harvest Cake
                      Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was given to me by my boyfriend's mother. It is the best cake I have ever tasted. The cake stayed moist and soft for a week after it was made.
Ingredients You'll Need
                                     15 oz can of pumpkin
                    
                                     4 eggs
                    
                                     3/4 cup veg. oil
                    
                                     tsp. Vanilla
                    
                                     2 cups of flour
                    
                                     2 cups of sugar
                    
                                     1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
                    
                                     2 tsp. ground cinnamon
                    
                                     2 tsp baking powder
                    
                                     1 tsp baking soda
                    
                                     1/2 tsp salt
                    
                                     Frosting
                    
                                     6 tbsp butter softened
                    
                                     1 tsp vanilla
                    
                                     1/8 tsp salt
                    
                                     2 oz package cream chees
                    
                                     1 tsp milk
                    
                                     2 cups powdered sugar
                    
                               
Directions
For cake - Beat together: Pumpkin,eggs,oil,vanilla
Combine dry ingredients
Stir together
In greased pan bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
For Frosting - In small bowl mix:sugar,cream cheese, butter
Add powdered sugar
Store in fridge
