Why I Love This Recipe

This rich and creamy Creole sauce is what make a good steak even better.

Ingredients You'll Need

2(6 to 8oz) Rib Eye Steaks or Steak
of your choice
For the sauce:
1 teaspoon unsalted butter, NO
substitutes
1 tablespoon creole mustard
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 teaspoons chives
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 garlic clove, minced OR 1
teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Grill steaks on the grill as you normally would, grilling until desired doneness is acquired. Meanwhile, make the Creole sauce. Over medium heat, in a small saucepan, heat butter, mustard, half-and-half, chives and celery seed. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce has thickned; add garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Serve steaks topped with warm sauce. OH so yummy! :)
