Roadhouse Skillet Potatoes

Ingredients You'll Need
1 large skillet
1/2 cup oil
3 lbs. red potatoes, washed and quartered
salt
pepper
season salt
2 cloves minces garlic
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper,diced
4 slices, bacon, fried and diced
1 link sausage, cut into rounds
1 pkg. shredded pizza cheese
Directions
Saute onions and peppers.
Add potatoes, bacon and sausage and fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover just until cheese melts.
