Rotini with Peas and Goat Cheese

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup hot cooked whole wheat rotini
1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well to coat.
