Sage Rub
Why I Love This Recipe
Sage is the dominant spice in this rub for spareribs, veal, turkey or chicken. I usually pour barbeque sauce over the meat during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Tablespoon ground sage
1 Tablespoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
In a small bowl, mix sage, lemon pepper, dried rosemary, garlic powder and dried thyme. Rub the mixture into meat. Grill until done.
