Ingredients You'll Need
                                     4 tbsp. butter
                    
                                     6 eggs
                    
                                     1 cup flour
                    
                                     1 cup milk
                    
                                     1 tsp. salt
                    
                                     1 tbsp. sugar
                    
                                     1/4 tsp. vanilla
                    
                                     Confectioner's sugar
                    
                                     Fresh lemon juice
                    
                                     Jam (optional)
                    
                               
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in an 8-to-10-inch ovenproof skillet until it is foamy and bubbly. Mix eggs, flour, milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla in a blender and pour into the skillet. Place the skillet in the oven until it puffs and browns on top - about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Sprint with sugar and a few drops of lemon juice (it will look like it is collapsing on itself - it's supposed to do this - don't be alarmed!) or spread with jam. Serves 4.
