Shrimp And Chicken Tortellini Salad
Why I Love This Recipe
I "throw" this together often in the summer. It's just something a little different than ur typical pasta salad.
Ingredients You'll Need
cheese tortellini - Frozen or refrigerated
Medium sized raw tail off shrimp
olive oil
lots of garlic
diced red bell pepper
chicken breasts
Frozen stir fry veggies
frozen soy beans out of pod
Lots of Parmesan cheese
Caesar salad dressing
Stir it all together and chill in fridge about 1-2 hours. It tastes best if not too cold.

Frozen or refrigerated cheese tortellini-cooked and cooled to room temp.
Medium sized raw tail off shrimp-sautéed with lots of garlic and diced red pepper in olive oil
Grilled chicken breasts (marinated shortly in lime and pepper) then sliced
Frozen stir fry veggies and frozen soy beans out of pod; add to shrimp to slightly cook then cool to room temp.
Parmesan cheese and Cesar salad dressing to taste (heavy on the garlic and parm)
Stir it all together and chill in fridge about 1-2 hours. It tastes best if not too cold.
