Shrimp Fettuccine

Why I Love This Recipe
I was in Louisiana last year and my friend made this great one meal dish for me. When I got back home the following week I made it for my family and they really enjoyed it. With this delicious dish, I am sure you will get requests for seconds!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound large shrimp, peeled
1/4 cup white wine
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 (6-ounce) package frozen snow peas
3 tablespoons light margarine
1 (8-ounce) package fettuccine
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely grated Romano cheese
Directions
Marinate shrimp in white wine for 1 hour. In large skillet, stir fry onions, garlic, mushrooms, and snow peas in margarine. When vegetables are crisp tender, add shrimp and saute until shrimp are pink. Meanwhile, prepare fettuccine according to directions on package omitting oil. Drain. Add fettuccine to shrimp mixture with parsley and Romano cheese, tossing gently. This recipe will give you 6 to 8 servings.
