Shrimp with peanut noodles

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     1/6 cup creamy peanut butter
                    
                                     1/6 cup water
                    
                                     2 Tbsp soy sauce
                    
                                     3/4 Tbsp rice vinegar
                    
                                     1 tsp chili paste with garlic
                    
                                     1/4 tsp sugar
                    
                                     1/4 tsp salt
                    
                                     1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
                    
                                     1/4 tsp salt
                    
                                     cooking spray
                    
                                     Wide rice noodles, cooked
                    
                                     1/2 red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
                    
                                     1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber
                    
                                     1/4 cup diagonally cut green onions
                    
                                     1 1/2 Tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
                    
                                     1 Tbsp cilantro leaves
                    
                                     2 lime wedges
                    
                               
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients, stir with a whisk, set aside
Toss shrimp with 1/4 tsp salt. Saute in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat 3 minutes per side, or until done.
Combine peanut sauce, shrimp, noodles, bell pepper, cucumber, and onions in large bowl.
Toss well.
Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges.
