Sticky Chicken

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is really called "Hawaiian Chicken" but we always called it "Sticky Chicken" as kids. When finished, there is a nice, sticky glaze coating the chicken. Yum!
Ingredients You'll Need
Chicken
scant 1/4 cup oil
2 T. vinegar
3 heaping T. brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. parsley flakes
scant 1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in skillet; add chicken. Cook over medium heat.
When sauce starts to reduce, turn down heat and cook until chicken is done: Approx. 25 minutes for boneless and 45-60 min. for bone-in.
NOTE: For boneless chicken, start sauce first, as cooking time is shorter
