Why I Love This Recipe

* Please note some companies have reduced the amount of wings per bag to 4 pounds.

I used whole chicken wings this time! These ROCK!!!

Ingredients You'll Need

5 lbs frozen chicken wings *
5 oz soy sauce
2 c. brown sugar

Directions

Put wings in deep pan.

Stir together soy and brown sugar and pour over wings.

Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove foil and continue baking for 1 hour or until liquid has evaporated and wings are sticky.

I sometimes have to remove some of the liquid after the 1 1/2 hours.

Questions, Comments & Reviews

these sound yummy! ...do i need to thaw the wings before i start or do i just toss them with the ingredients and pop em in the oven frozen? thanks!

These are the best!!

The meat just falls of the bone. The flavor is out of this world. I have made these several times and just can't get enough of them!

I made these for my son's varsity soccer team dinner, as a side dish, because I didn't have enough time to make these after work and before the dinner, I cook them the night before. I did drain all liquid. The day of the dinner, I added the sauce mixture again and cooked them for an additional hour (covered).

The boys loved them....they ate all 10 pounds of them.

I made hot wings using the same cooking method. They ate 5 pounds of these also....

Great recipe and great picture. Her recipe is excellent with chicken drumsticks, too!
