Ingredients You'll Need
1 egg white (no yolk)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Beat the egg white with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add sugar slowly. Keeping beating until mixture is stiff and shiny. Stir in vanilla. Drop batter on a greased cookie sheet and out into 300 degree oven for 15 minutes or until crisp.
