Sour Cream Biscuits
Why I Love This Recipe
Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My sister gave me this recipe. I make them in those tiny muffin pans. They are so moist , you dont even need to butter them.....2 bites and the biscuit is gone. Put a dollop of your favorite jam on top and enjoy!
If you are using regular sized muffin pans, the cooking time and temperature will vary.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c Self Rising Flour
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into the muffin pans.
Cook for about 25 mins or until golden brown on top.
