Ingredients You'll Need
1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 16 oz bag frozen combination vegetables - whatever you like
1 can French's french onion rings
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
Directions
Stir soup, sour cream, pepper, 2/3 cup onion rings, vegetables, and 1/4 cup cheese in a 2 quart casserole. Cover
Bake 350 for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onioms over vegetable mixture. Bake another 5 minutes
Serves 4
Yuu can use your favorite chesse in place of the swiss if you prefer.
