A co-worker made this one day and it was sooooo good. I had to get the recipe and share it with all.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 sticks butter

1/2 tsp (or less) salt
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 T vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
For Icing:
1 stick butter
4 Tbl cocoa
6 Tbl milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions

In a sauce pan, bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil, set aside

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.

In a small bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar, and soda.

Add all three together and beat. Pour into a sheet cake pan.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 min.

For the Icing: bring butter, cocoa and milk to a rolling boil, then add 1 box (less) powdered sugar, vanilla, and chopped walnuts.

Ice cake while still warm.
