Salsa Verde
                      Why I Love This Recipe
A mother from one of my daughters basketball teams gave me this recipe a few years ago. I hope your family and friends enjoy it as much as mine
Ingredients You'll Need
                                     12 Tomatillos, grilled or parboiled (choose smaller tomatillos when buying them)
                    
                                     4 garlic cloves
                    
                                     3 Jalapenos, seeds and ribs removed (leave the seeds and ribs if you like it hot!!)
                    
                                     3/4 cup of cilantro
                    
                                     1 tablespoon lime juice
                    
                                     1 teaspoon salt
                    
                                     1/2 sweet onion
                    
                               
Directions
Remove husks from tomatillos before grilling or parboiling. You may also grill the jalapenos and onion (use less jalapenos for a more mild sauce or more if you like it hot). Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and let sit in the frig for an hour. Serve with tortilla chips
