Turkey Knuckle Soup

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe came about when I had to make a dish for our bible study. I forgot and had no time to go to the store. I had nothing in the house but turkey knuckles and a few vegtables. This is what I came up with.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 lb turkey knuckles
5 large white potatoes (peeled and diced
1-2 cans whole kernal corn
Season salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
1 medium onion
2 tbs. flour
Water
Directions
Cook knuckles with onion in a large pot with enough water to fill pot within one inch from top, until tender. (30-45 min.) When meat is done place in a bowl to cool. Place potatoes in broth from meat. Cook until tender. While potatoes are cooking remove all fat from kunckles. Place meat back in pot and corn. Mix flour with enough water to make a paste. Add to broth to make a gravy. Let simmer 15 min.
You can add any other seasonings oe veggies you want. This is one of those recipes you make to fit your taste buds.
If gravy is too thin add more flour, too thick add water.
I serve this with cornbread. There is never any leftovers.
