Tuscan Cornbread

Why I Love This Recipe
This is one of those old family hand-me-downs brougt back to life with the addition of a strongly flavored Tuscan Olive Oil. The corn flavor really brings out the subtle hues in the oil. I think that any oil would work here - so experiment and let me know what you discover.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup Flour
2/3 cup Cornmeal
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Oil -a flavored olive oil is best
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk (or 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream)
1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9x9 or round cake pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
