Whipped Cream Mocha Filling

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar granulated
1 1/2 tbsp Mocha extract or strong coffee
Directions
Place the cream in a metal bowl that is placed in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice. Whip the cream until it starts to thicken.
Add the extract or coffee and sugar. Beat well until peaks form. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
