White Chili with Turkey

Why I Love This Recipe
Made this last night... A keeper.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 turkey carcass, boiled down reserving 2 cups broth for now - save the rest for anothe dish, pull the meat off the bone
1 can great northern beans
1 can Navy beans (the 14 'ish oz cans)
2 cups chopped bell pepper
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 cup chili verde sauce (green sauce)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 chicken buillion cubes (I used Knorr)
2 cups water
reserved turkey meat and turkey broth
salt to taste (I didn't use but a pinch)
1/2 cup Sour cream
Directions
Put all in slow cooker, stir, and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Before meal, stir in sour cream. Serve with a dollop of cheddar cheese.
