White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream together butter, shortening and sugars, add egg and mix well.
Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt and continue mixing.
Stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
