YUMMY CARROT CAKE

Ingredients You'll Need
                                     3 cups flour; 
                    
                                     2 cups sugar; 
                    
                                     1 tsp. soda; 
                    
                                     1 tsp. salt; 
                    
                                     1/3 cup cinnamon; 
                    
                                     1-1/2 cups oil; 
                    
                                     2 tsp. vanilla; 
                    
                                     2 cups grated raw carrots; 
                    
                                     1-1/2 cup chopped pecans; 
                    
                                     1 large can crushed pineapple (drain) 
                    
                                     3 eggs
                    
                               
Directions
Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon together; mix well.
Add oil to dry ingredients. Beat well.
Add vanilla, carrots, pineapple and eggs, beat until well mixed.
Stir in pecans.
Bake in a large rectangle pan at 350% for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Top with cream cheese frosting.
