Why I Love This Recipe

If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can cook this as regular rice it should take 30 on med-Low. Also you can replace 1/2 cup of the water for beer. YUMMY!)

Ingredients You'll Need

2 lb pork meat, cut in small pieces
2 cup rice
2 Tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano
4 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 can tomato paste
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 envelope Sazon Goya
2 cup water
1/2 cup onion

Directions

Heat the oil in the open pressure cooker; brown the cut-up meat while stirring

constantly. Add all the rest of the ingredients; sauteing them as they are

added. When the water boils, add the rice. Cover the pressure cooker. When

the pressure cooker comes to pressure, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and allow the pressure to reduce slowly.
