Chicken Cranberry Ranch (Grandma's Chicken)

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was passed down to me from my husbands grandmother. She made, his mom made it, and now I make it. It's SOOOOOOOO good!! The ingredients sound a little funny but it is so good together!! You can serve this with rice or with pasta.
Ingredients for up to 3lbs of chicken(this can be easily doubled, trippled)use same amt of sauce with more or less chicken depending on how much extra sauce you want. I usually make this with around 2lbs of chicken.. I like the sauce!!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 packet of dry french onion soup mix
1 jar of refridgerated ranch dressing (like Marie's)
2-3lbs uncooked chicken cut to the size you deisre (I do bite size)
1 can whole berry jellied cranberry sauce
Directions
Combine ranch dressing, soup mix and cranberries, mix well, then add chicken. Pour into a baking dish (13x9 works well or you can use an 8x8) bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with pasta or rice.
Tip: You can use as little as 1/2-3/4 of the ranch instead of the whole jar, but I like extra sauce so I use the whole jar!
