Why I Love This Recipe
This is the signature drink from a restaurant called The Dogfish Cafe, which we used to frequent when we were living in Portland, ME. I make them all the time at home for get togethers and they are always a hit. The combination is fantastic - not too sweet.GREAT summer drink.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 shot (2 oz.) raspberry vodka (or more if you want a stiffer drink)
Fill glass 3/4 full with gingerale
add a splash of orange juice
garnish with lime
Directions
Mix in a rocks glass over ice.
