"No pizza pan, no problem!"

Can you bake pizza in a glass pan? Yes, you can. And it's delish. I also added breadcrumbs and it just made the recipe so much better.
Ingredients You'll Need
Your favorite Pizza Dough (I use ready made pizza dough from whole foods and trader joes)
Two Tablespoons of cake flour (yes, cake flour)
Pizza Sauce (you can use pizza sauce or your favorite marinara)
Mozarrella cheese
Cut up veggies
2-4 Tablespoons of Breadcrumbs
Directions
You can use your favorite pizza dough or store bought. I tend to use store brought on work nights or when I'm having a party. For this particular pizza recipe, I didn't have flour so I used cake flour to stretch out the dough on the counter. it totally worked and made the bottom of my pizza a perfect crisp. You can use a glass or roller to roll out the dough. If you find it difficult to stretch, let it sit for a minute then try again.
I also didn't have a pizza pan so I used a glass pan. You'll need to lightly oil the pan so the dough doesn't stick.
Place the dough in the pan and then stretch it to the shape of the pan.
Add pizza sauce or marinara with a spoon... you don't need a lot of sauce. You can use the back of the spoon to spread it.
Sprinkle mozarrella cheese.
Add other toppings like cut up veggies. I use mushrooms and peppers and onions.
You'll need to set your oven to 400 degrees. Once it gets to 400, place pan in oven for 20-30 minutes. I know that seems like a large spread -- but it's because it depends on how you like your toppings. I like mine melted and a bit crispy. So I would do 30 minutes. I've heard others says 450 for 15-20 minutes too.
Voila - awesome pizza.
