http://myspace.com/littleangelbean I am a stay at home mom of 2. I love to cook, but not big on baking unless it's Christmas! Then, and ONLY then, do I bake from scratch! I love to try new things in the kitchen. Love experimental cooking....trying things that are OUT of the box, not traditional! One would think that growing up in a deep south home, I would know how to fry a chicken, but one would be wrong! I have trouble with the most basic things.....like making brown gravy or frying chicken! But give me a pot of couscous, or some udon noodles and fresh ginger...throw in some leeks and oyster sauce and shrimp.....I can get very creative:)
